1. Company Zelené stavění PS s.r.o., with address Panská 212, Tehov, 251 01, IČ 05749565, registered at the municipal court in Prague, section C, entry 270063, is the personal data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “Regulation”). In connection with your request for services, it processes in particular the following personal data:

- name and surname,

- email address,

- phone number,

- messages,

- address of realization and permanent residence,

- bank account number.

2. Name, surname, email address, address of realization, phone number and messages are necessary to process for creating a price offer, negotiations about this offer or for answering your question. Such processing allows article 6. paragraph 1. point b) of the Regulation. These personal data will be processed by company Zelené stavění PS s.r.o. for the duration of negotiations about concluding a contract between you and Zelené stavění PS s.r.o., at most 1 year from your request, unless you give consent to further processing.

For clients with a grant service for a green roof, it is necessary to process name, surname, email address, phone number, address of realization and permanent residence and bank account number. This is due to the obligation to keep all documents related to your request for support and implementation of supported measures. These documents can be requested by the grant authority if it is doubtful about the correctness of the grant. Such processing allows article 6. paragraph 1. point b) and c) of the Regulation. These personal data will be processed by company Zelené stavění PS s.r.o. for the duration of administration and sustainability of the grant, at most however 10 years from the date of issuing the decision on granting the grant.

3. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have in particular the right to:

- request information about what personal data we process about you and ask for a copy of that personal data,

- request access to your personal data and ask for its correction or completion,

- request erasure of personal data or restriction of processing where the legal conditions are met,

- object to processing and, where applicable, exercise your right to data portability,

- withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

4. Cookies and similar technologies: On this website we use necessary cookies and similar technologies only to the extent required for site operation and for storing your consent choice. We also use optional analytical tools and similar technologies, including measurement pixels, namely TOPlist, Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, for visitor traffic statistics, basic website usage analysis and site performance measurement.
