Grants for a green roof
Let us make it easier for you to get financial support for your roof
Since January 2017, it is possible to apply for a grant for the implementation of a green roof, which we will gladly help you with as a registered professional supplier of the project Nová zelená úsporám.
Unfortunately, since July 2023, grants for a green roof can only be applied for together with other regional support. Among them are:
- Area A - insulation
- Area B - new construction
- Area C.1 - replacement of heat sources
- Area C.2 - preparation of hot water
- Area C.3 - photovoltaic systems
- Area C.4 - ventilation
The grant amounts to 700-1000 Kč/m² of a green roof with a maximum grant amount of 100 000 Kč. The price of a green roof therefore does not have to be high.

How it works
We will gladly take care of the complete technical documentation, which you will need to obtain the grant.
The grant will be issued by the company that is responsible for the main area of support.

Grant for energy efficiency
During the Blower Door test, we will provide you with the necessary protocol for obtaining the grant.
